Duke MillsMr. Mills has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and has an extensive background in the workers' compensation industry. He is Founder and President of WorkComp Solutions, Inc. an Insurance Agency and Premium Recovery Company which, focuses exclusively on workers' compensation for mid to large size employers. The company assists employers in building and implementing Cost Containment Programs to drive down workers' compensation costs through aggressive claims management, experience modification analysis, classification verification, contract negotiations and strategic consulting.
Mr. Mills began in the insurance industry in 1988 as a Property and Casualty agent working in General Lines agencies. In 1997, Mr. Mills started WorkComp Solutions, Inc., and has built a strong team of work comp professionals who believe in challenging the status quo and thinking differently. In 2007, he launched Wrap-Up Experts and published "Contractor Survival Guide to Wrap-Ups" Wrap-Up Experts is a consulting service for contractors and their Insurance Agents helping them navigate the complicated world of construction wrap-up programs.
Cheryl Harris
Cheryl Harris is President and founder of Construction Resources Group in St. Petersburg, Florida, an association management, meeting/event planning and HR consulting firm established in 1984. Among other activities her company manages or has formerly managed construction trade and professional associations including: the American Institute of Constructors Constructor Certification Commission, American Institute of Constructors, National Association of the Remodeling Industry - Tampa Bay Chapter, the Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association, the American Subcontractors Association of Florida, Florida Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association, and Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay. Ms. Harris background also includes: employment with two ENR 400 Contractors as their Human Resources Manager, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Florida for a course in Construction Human Resources. She is a graduate of Wichita State University with a BA in Education and was approved in 2004 by ANSI (American National Standards Institute) as a lead auditor for certification programs under ISO standards. In 2002 she founded and chaired for two years the Construction Certifications Coalition.
Russell Lookadoo
Russell Lookadoo is the President and Chief Strategist of HRchitecture, a consulting firm specializing in designing superior HR programs helping business leaders get things done through their people. Russell brings over twenty years of experience designing and implementing leadership development, performance management, motivational and rewards solutions that achieve business strategies in organizations ranging from a small manufacturer to the second largest bank in America.
Russell holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management and the Certified Compensation Professional designation from World at Work. Russell attended the University of North Carolina on the prestigious Morehead Scholarship and graduated with a bachelor's in industrial relations.

Barb Parrish
Barb Parrish was born in a small town in Utah, where she lived until she was old enough to make the best decision of her life which was to move away. Since then she has traveled and lived in many of the western United States, as she considers life experiences itself to be the best teacher. During this time, she enjoyed jobs such as being a mechanic, cake decorating, river guiding, snow boarding instructor, and several other fun jobs. In 1999, she settled in Denver Colorado, where she began her career in the insurance industry. She obtained her insurance license, and a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation to follow her name. In 2005, she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, and began her career at Integrated Insurance. She continue to thrive in the insurance industry, going on 12 years now. She thoroughly enjoys the business, and being able to earn a living while learning something new everyday! Taking care of clients is the best part of her day!
Randall Gilbert
Randall Gilbert, Esq. a native Floridian, is a senior partner with the law firm of Gilbert and Caddy PA. Prior to embarking on his law career he worked as a Certified Master Plumber. Mr. Gilbert received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center was a recipient of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Award, has argued cases to the Supreme Court of Florida and District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Gilbert is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida, as well as in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Gilbert is a member of the Broward County Construction Lawyer's Association (Vice Chairman); Broward County Bar Association; Director of the North Dade Chamber of Commerce; and achieved the highest recognition as one of the first Board Certified Construction Litigators in this State.
Mr. Gilbert's practice is based in litigation in the state and federal court systems, including appeals with emphasis in Construction Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Contracts; and Corporate law. Mr. Gilbert primarily counsels the construction industry dealing with State and Federal litigation and arbitration. Typical claims handled by Mr. Gilbert include licensure, construction liens and bonds, DBPR complaints, bidding, delays, defects, contract preparation and negotiation.
